Insults of any type

Insulting a server member or staff member is not accepted

Swearing

Using any type of swear words to insult or harrass a player is prohibited

Racism

Send photos or videos, symbols or anything that could be discriminatory and racist is not accepted

Do not constantly send similar or unnecessary messages after one another. Spamming or flooding chats is unacceptable and harmful to those here to actually converse. (This includes the spamming of mentions)

GIF spam

Spamming GIF not in the appropriate channel is not accepted

Mentions Spam

Mentioning repeating a staff member or server member is not accepted

Spam Advertising Without Consent

Spamming links or images of servers/accounts with the motivation of gaining popularity won't be tolerated.

Avoid spamming or sending inappropriate content such as any pornography, killings, swastikas, etc. 

Pornography 

Sending photos or videos of s*x scenes or naked men or women is not tolerated

Inapproprite Content

Sending photos or videos depicting inappropriate scenes or gruesome photos that could annoy someone is not tolerated

Nazism or Extremism

Send photos or videos, symbols or text that may emphasize Nazism or any extremist ideology is not accepted

Do not send any promotional content that benefits yourself or someone else. Sending links or images of servers/accounts with the motivation of gaining popularity won't be tolerated. (Note: check with server owners if you have promotional inquires)

Soft Advertising Without Consent

Sending links or images of servers/accounts with the motivation of gaining popularity won't be tolerated.

Insulting one’s God or the God of another religion, whatever it is, is not tolerated, everyone can believe what he wants and everyone should respect him

Light Blasphemy

Swearing against one’s religion or minor insults will not be tolerated

Heavy Blasphemy

Aggressive insulting of one’s own god or the god of another religion is not tolerated

X-ray

X-Raying/AutoFishing in any form is not allowed for players, including block-exploratory commands or cave-showing mods. 

Hacked Clients

Using hacked clients and any of their features are disallowed. Players found to be using hacked clients or their features (fly hacks, kill aura, speed hacks, aim assist player finders, freecam, Baritone, etc) will be permanently banned.

Block Glithing

Block glitching (attempting to place or use blocks in protected areas and using them in order to access areas you should not be able to) is not allowed. This includes repeatedly opening doors or breaking blocks in order to hit someone through a wall.

Autoclickers, Bots etc..

You are not allowed to use autoclickers, autojumpers, bots, auto scripts, or any other form of modification/external program

Server DdoS

Trying to overcharge the server using external programs or other tools will not be tolerated

Crashing/Overloading the Server

Purposefully crashing / overloading the server is not allowed. 

Exploits/Bug Abuse

Exploitation of in-game mechanics in order to provide unfair advantages to one or more parties isn’t allowed.

Notes:

The following types of mods are explicitly allowed, so long as they are not used for the unfair advantages given above.

1. Performance improvement (Example- Optifine and Sodium)

2. Beautification (Shaders, illuminations)

3. Quality of life features (Litematica, minimap, bobby, replay mod), excluding features that show caves, players, etc.

4. Utility Mods (HUDs, Displays, Editable GUIs/Interface etc.)

Theft

Stealing any of the following items from other players’ chests or land claims is not allowed:

• Beacons / nether stars

• Totems

• Diamond gear, tools, tridents, only with mending

• Pigstep, Relic, Otherside, or custom discs

• 4+ Music Discs

• 4+ Enchanted golden apples

• 64+ golden blocks

• 32+ diamond blocks

• 100,000$ + from land balances or public storages

Join Land Stealing

Joining a land claim just to steal their items is not allowed.

Scam

Using server plugins to scam other players (chest shops, auction house, /trade, etc) is not allowed. This includes selling falsified, renamed, falsely enchanted, or falsely advertised items of high value.

Impersonation

Serious impersonation for the purpose of scamming players into land deals or high-value purchases is not allowed. 

a. This does not include shops or procedurally managed trades.

Excessive Scamming

Excessive scamming is not allowed, players who are well known for scamming may be warned by senior admins and then banned if they commit another scam afterwards.

a. This specifically involves valuable items, land trade scams, bought ranks and permissions, or transferable mechanical advantages

Notes:

1. Petty theft and scamming is allowed, and must be handled by the community.

2. Theft rules specifically do not apply to: unclaimed areas, items accidentally put into an item frame, dropped items, confiscated items used or protected by admins, or items consensually given and not returned. In these cases, players bear responsibility for maintaining their items and who has access to them.

3. Theft that is older than 30 days will not be moderated.

4. If a player has been inactive for more than 42d+ or is regarded as inactive by claim deletion activity requirements, their items are allowed to be taken without punishment from the theft rules.

Duping

Duping items using exploits or admin abuse, or spreading information about a dupe will get you permanently banned and possibly blacklisted.

Autofarms

Autofarms are not allowed. Farms must require player interaction and inputs, and must require replanting if they are automated (ONLY XP FARMS ARE ALLOWED). The following types of farms are not allowed:

1. Farms that work completely independent of player interaction

2. Farms that depend on a constant water flow.

3. Farms that break crop-blocks above their base (cacti, sugarcane, bamboo, kelp, etc). You must break the base block of these crops as well.

4. Mob farms based on auto spawning or killing animals and mobs
   Autofarms will be destroyed with no compensation

Machines

Redstone TNT cannons, rogue water drainers, unending flying machines, and unending redstone cycles are not allowed.
      a. (Grievous) Lag machines or purposefully crashing / overload the server are strictly forbidden.
      b. Spreading info on how to disrupt the server will lead to increased punishment.

PVP Bullying

Prolonged bullying of players with wars, continuous and excessive raids, pvp harassment, geopolitics, or bullying, on the sole basis of ruining a legitimate and server-accepted gameplay style (roleplay, building, lore-writing, etc) is against the rules. This does not apply if there are legitimate political or material reasons for geopolitical conflict.

Log Out Kill

If a player logs out, you are not allowed to modify the terrain around where the player logged out. You are, however, allowed to camp around the area where the player logged out. Using broken commands or exploits to escape combat is not allowed. 

Repeatedly Killing

Repeatedly killing the same player without consent more than 5 times within 7 days will be punished. This does not apply in wars.

Random Killing

Random killing of a player without a specific reason is prohibited

Trapping Killing

Trapping players within a nether portal so they cannot move or escape the portal is not allowed.

TPA Kill

Teleport trapping is not allowed. This is teleporting a player into a small, inescapable room so they may be killed, harassed, or threatened.

NO Crystal PVP

The use of crystals for PvP, as well as any related items like the Respawn Anchor or Wither, is strictly prohibited. Players are not allowed to engage in combat using these items.

Random Claiming

You can't random claiming in the map, you can only claim the chunks for your nation if it was accepted in the channel "nation registration" in the server discord

Claiming Lands Already Booked

You cannot claim lands that have already been booked by other players (check maps channel)

Lavacasting

Lavacasting–using lava and water and creating large cobblestone structures–is not allowed. This is more grave than other forms of griefing, and is disallowed in all circumstances both within others’ claims and in the wilderness.

Inappropriate Builds

Inappropriate builds are not allowed.
a. Symbols built with clear unfriendly intent are disallowed.

b. Players are not allowed to build swastikas under any circumstances.

Join Land Griefing

Entering a land with the sole purpose of griefing is not tolerated
      a. (Grevious) Entering the land and building swastikas, inappropriate symbols etc will be even more not accepted
